NZIX 2020 AGM
The Committee of the New Zealand Internet Exchange Inc (NZIX) would like to invite all members to attend the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
Date: Wednesday 17 June 2020
Place: Zoom (Video Conference)
Time: 5:00pm – 5:30pm “Meet and greet”
5:30pm – 6:00pm 2020 NZIX AGM
6:00pm – Open discussion on IX; Hosted by the NZIX Committee
As a thank you for your attendance at this year’s AGM, the NZIX Committee will be sending a beverage voucher to eligible members.
We encourage all members to wear their NZIX hoodies on the night. If you do not have one, please email our admin team on admin@ix.nz and will we endeavour to get one to you ASAP (while stocks last).

Call for Nominations to the Committee
Being on the New Zealand Internet Exchange Committee is a great way to get involved and give back to both the Society and to the internet community. The AGM will facilitate the filling of three Committee positions, of four-year terms. The NZIX Committee calls for nominations to fill these positions. The nomination period will close on Tuesday 9 June. More information about the nomination process is available on our website.
Voting
Detailed voting information will be issued to the registered voting contact on 11 June. Members wishing to nominate a proxy can complete the proxy form online or download a proxy form. To update your voting information please log into the Members Portal, or contact admin@ix.nz for assistance.
RSVP now via the Members Portal. Additional guests can be registered for the AGM by first adding them as a contact within the portal.
