The Committee of the New Zealand Internet Exchange Inc (NZIX) hereby gives official notice for the 2023 Annual General Meeting and would like to invite all members to attend.

Place: The Longroom, 114 Ponsonby Rd, Grey Lynn, Auckland (or via Zoom)
Time: 5:30pm, with formalities starting at 6:00pm NZST

Members wishing to nominate a proxy can also complete the proxy form online. The deadline to complete this form is 9pm NZST Thursday 20 July 2023.
Printed copies of the NZIX 2022-2023 Financial Report will be made available at our AGM meeting. Please feel free to collect a copy from us upon your arrival. If you prefer to receive a digital copy of this Financial Report, you may request it by emailing admin@ix.nz and a copy will be provided to you.
REGISTRATIONS
Members who would like to attend in person can register via the Member Portal. Additional guests can be registered for the AGM by first adding them as a contact within the portal.
Members who would like to attend virtually can register via the Zoom link.
